Cambridge

Yesterday I went back to Cambridge, well back as in a year later. I was able to see the archives (again) at King's College. I read the report that the Chapel architects put together. The report covers everything from the College's founding, the Chapel being built, and restoration work over the years. The architects then went on to explain what they would be doing to help preserve and repair the church. After the archives I walked around the city, which has amazing buildings within the many campuses and on the street, and then visited the Fitzwilliam Museum (amazing collection!) and the Archeology and Anthropology Museum. After this I bought some books at the bookstore (as I did last time) and started reading while sitting outside of King's College. I then went to dinner at the archivist's house (she is my best friends aunt), and went back to London. I love Cambridge, it is so beautiful and a great place to visit, the architecture and art you can see is amazing, so if you like this sort of thing, I would definitely recommend visiting for a day. I, as usual, took tons of pictures so I can share with all of you!

Elephant sighting of the day!

I was very excited to go back to Cambridge, and happy that the weather was amazing. I had a great time, and loved to see some old friends! Overall, a great day.
